Micah Cohen and Matthew Mullen met on the internet in 2003 and have been creating together ever since. They're like a much less successful, unknown, unrelated version of the Duplass Brothers.

Growing up in Oakland CA in the 1980’s Micah Cohen quickly learned comedy was the quickest and easiest way to not get his ass whooped. Although he was only semi-successful, his love of buffoonery flourished into a career as a working actor and writer in Los Angeles.
You may have seen him on a myriad of TV shows usually portraying the main villain’s right hand man or on nearly a hundred commercials as the stupid husband or scared guy.

In the manner of a true artist, Matthew Mullen has been directing, writing, and producing in obscurity for over a quarter of a century. His first produced screenplay was the award-winning short film SOME BOYS DON’T LEAVE, directed by Maggie Kiley and starring Jesse Eisenberg. Since then he’s directed numerous short films and web-series episodes.
The latest short film he co-wrote and produced, SPREAD, screened at the 48hr Short Film Corner at the Cannes Film Festival, which was pretty cool.
